Role:
An exciting position for geomatics professionals with a Federal VET Diploma interested in modern GIS solutions. The area of activity includes updating utility lines, preparing geodata, and actively participating in the further development and optimisation of GIS systems. A qualified specialist with experience in utility cadastre and good GIS knowledge is sought.
Responsibilities:
Updating and maintaining utility line data in the areas of electricity, gas, heat, and communication
Preparation and provision of geodata for various application areas
Participation in the implementation of a GIS migration as well as optimisation of data flows and interfaces
Support in the further development of GIS applications and digital processes
Taking responsibility within the specialist area and contributing to the continuous improvement of existing processes
Qualifications:
Completed training as a Geomatics Specialist Federal VET Diploma or comparable qualification
Initial experience in updating utility cadastres
Good knowledge of GIS applications, ideally VertiGIS, as well as M365
Very good German language skills spoken and written
Driving licence category B
