Responsibilities:
- Posting bank accounts
- Managing accounts payable including payment processing
- Integrating property accounting monthly via interface
- Assisting with interim and annual financial statements including the numerical section for business reports
- Assisting with liquidity and financial planning, periodic budget, forecast and variance analyses, key figure reporting as well as ad hoc evaluations
- Assisting with tax calculations and tax analyses
- Preparing tax returns
- Preparing VAT returns
Qualifications:
- Further education in finance (federal diploma)
- High quality awareness and service-oriented
- Entrepreneurial, proactive and responsible
- Proficient SAP knowledge
