Responsibilities:
Efficient IT support through professional handling of incidents and service requests
Error analysis and troubleshooting for system, network and software issues
Monitoring of the IT infrastructure to detect disruptions early
Classification and prioritisation of incoming support requests
Documentation of solutions for sustainable knowledge management
Qualifications:
IT training and practical experience in IT support
Solid Microsoft knowledge as well as know-how in cloud and on-premises infrastructures
Strong service orientation, professional communication skills and team spirit
Interest in and affinity for IT security and modern security solutions
Strong analytical skills and a structured, independent working style
Very good German skills spoken and written
