Building Services Planner Sanitary 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for a building services planner specialising in sanitary systems to take on the following tasks:

• You develop and plan sanitary concepts

• You independently handle small to medium new build and refurbishment projects in all planning phases

• You develop detailed drawings according to the project managers' specifications

• You independently calculate small and medium projects

• You prepare tender documents and quotations

• You work out insertion, recess and execution plans as well as schematic diagrams

• You plan projects using 2D / 3D

• You conduct inspections and specialist site management

• You assist with BIM projects

What do I need to be successful?

You bring the following:

• You have completed training as a building services planner specialising in sanitary systems

• You are familiar with CAD programmes (preferably Plancal Nova)

• Ideally, you already have experience in project organisation

• You possess creative and analytical thinking

• You are a team player and value quality work
