For our client, a Swiss company active in the transport sector and part of a large national group, we are looking for a 50% HR Business Partner to support its sites in the Lake Geneva region and Valais.

Your tasks with your new employer

• You advise and support managers and employees on all HR matters
• You manage the recruitment process from A to Z, from writing job adverts to interviews
• You handle personnel administration, from onboarding to offboarding
• You support managers in more complex HR situations and disciplinary measures
• You implement HR processes and policies and actively contribute to their improvement
• You act as a close HR partner for several sites in French-speaking Switzerland

You offer your new employer

• You have specialised training in human resources and several years of experience in a generalist HR role or as an HR Business Partner
• You are a native French speaker and have at least a B2 level in spoken German
• You are comfortable both advising managers and handling operational and administrative HR tasks
• You are willing to travel between different sites and hold a driving licence as well as a vehicle
