Technical Internal Sales Electrical Engineering (m/f/d)
Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, you are responsible in the technical internal sales department for processing customer orders. You take on both technical advice as well as commercial and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
You coordinate order processing and ensure timely handling
Technical examination of customer requirements regarding operational feasibility
You take over material planning for ongoing customer orders
Preparation of price calculations and commercial offers
You prepare the necessary documentation for production
Professional support of business customers with technical queries and service concerns
You record customer orders and monitor the progress of ongoing orders
Qualifications:
You have a basic education in electrical engineering and further training as a technical salesman with a federal certificate of competence
Experience in technical customer support or industrial internal sales is an advantage
You work reliably, independently and have a structured way of working
Confident handling of MS Office and common digital applications
You communicate fluently in German and enjoy working in direct customer contact
