Your future responsibilities:

• You will be in charge of receiving and welcoming our temporary workers.
• You will be responsible for entering hours and the administrative management of assignments.
• You will be the preferred contact for accident declarations, family allowance requests and questions concerning salary statements.
• You will be an available, flexible and committed contact person.
• You will be an ambassador of our company, its values and principles.

Your profile:

• You have an excellent command of French with very good writing skills
• You have significant experience in the same field (experience in a placement agency is an advantage)
• You speak one or more foreign languages fluently (Portuguese and/or Spanish mandatory)
• You have a good knowledge of common IT tools
• You have real interpersonal skills (availability, rigour, relational ...)
• You are a trustworthy, sunny, smiling and discreet person
• You have a sense of initiative and know how to manage emergencies and priorities
