Responsibilities:
You take over the operation and administration of firewall and security solutions including VPN
In complex multi-vendor environments, you ensure stability, performance, and security
In case of disruptions, you perform troubleshooting and fault analysis in network and security environments
You support security incidents, technical escalations, as well as presales and customer projects
Through your customer orientation, you advise customers remotely and on-site on the further development of their security landscape
Qualifications:
You have a completed IT degree and several years of experience in the network and security field
You bring sound knowledge of Check Point, Fortinet and/or Palo Alto Networks as well as ideally corresponding certifications
Experience with Managed Security Services, Secure Web Proxy/Web Security and optionally DNS or load-balancing solutions is an advantage
Very good German language skills, both spoken and written, as well as willingness for on-call duty complete your profile
