Mandate Manager: Fiduciary 50-100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
You take over the complete bookkeeping and personnel administration for your clients.
You assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
You advise clients on tax, financial, and administrative matters.
You prepare tax returns for natural and legal persons as well as VAT declarations.
You maintain personal contact with clients, authorities, and insurance companies.
You create meaningful reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in the fiduciary sector, ideally with mandate responsibility.
Very good Abacus knowledge is an advantage.
Confident German, English skills are an advantage.
Service-oriented, resilient and discreet.
Quick comprehension and high willingness to learn.
