Construction Manager (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Management and coordination of building construction projects
Monitoring construction execution regarding quality, costs and deadlines
Coordination and leadership of craftsmen, subcontractors and specialist planners
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and construction requirements
Conducting site inspections and construction meetings
Creation and monitoring of schedules and construction programmes
Checking measurements, invoices and claims
Communication with clients, authorities and other project participants
Qualifications:
Completed training in construction, for example as a draughtsman EFZ specialising in architecture, bricklayer EFZ or comparable qualification
Further training as a construction manager or a comparable qualification is an advantage
Professional experience in construction management or in the execution of building construction projects
Good knowledge of Swiss construction regulations and construction processes
Organisational talent and independent, structured working style
Assertiveness, strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
Confident use of MS Office and ideally construction administration software
Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
