Real Estate Accountant (m/f/d)

Management of real estate accounting for rental and ownership properties including annual financial statements
Preparation of heating and ancillary cost statements as well as their review and analysis
Monitoring of payment transactions and handling of dunning and debt collection processes
Account assignment and booking of creditor and debtor invoices
Consultation and support of property managers on accounting issues
Preparation of reports and analyses for owners and investors
Participation in process development and support in digitalisation projects
Qualifications:
Completed commercial training with further education in accounting
Professional experience in real estate accounting or fiduciary services
Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel, as well as knowledge of real estate software is an advantage
Analytical thinking and a structured, careful working style
Fluent German in spoken and written form as well as a strong service orientation
