Export Processing Clerk 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client needs you as the central interface in international business! You take full responsibility for the export process, from order to worldwide delivery.

Your main tasks:

• You independently handle the entire order process for international markets, including all export formalities such as customs documents, certificates of origin, and other required documents

• You coordinate between internal departments, logistics partners, and international locations, keeping an eye on product availability, delivery dates, and deadlines

• You communicate daily in German and English with business partners, freight forwarders, and customers

• You create and maintain country-specific price lists, taking into account regional particularities and currency fluctuations

• You obtain approvals and certifications and ensure compliance with all export control regulations

• You prepare offers, maintain customer and price data in the ERP system, and actively contribute to optimisation projects

What do I need to be successful?

You have a solid commercial education and have already further trained as a clerk in export processing. Ideally, you even hold an additional qualification in foreign trade. More important to us than certificates is your practical experience: you have already worked for several years in order processing, preferably in a manufacturing company, and know the challenges of international business first-hand.

What else you bring:

• Confident use of MS Office. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or comparable ERP systems is a plus

• Organisational talent and the ability to keep an overview even with many parallel tasks

• Independent, structured working style and enjoyment of personal responsibility

• Team spirit and communication skills. You enjoy working with different departments
