To complete our team, we are looking for a:
Group Sales Intern (M/F)
Responsibilities

Handling client requests and qualification (needs, budget, selection criteria, competition).

Cross-selling, suggesting alternatives among the hotel collection, and participating in commercial negotiations.

Setting room prices according to revenue management tools and the strategic policy defined by Management.

Drafting detailed commercial proposals and supporting arguments to close deals.

Creating and monitoring blocks in the Opera software (commercial follow-up, option reminders).

Organising and coordinating hotel inspection visits and commercial meetings with clients.

Drafting contracts upon group confirmation, monitoring payments and forwarding files to event operational teams.
Profile sought
You are a student at one of the schools recognised by the CCNT: L-GAV - Art. 11 Minimum salary for interns
Flexible internship start date between August and October. Internship duration of 6 months

Student in hospitality, with a school recognised by the CCNT

Good organisational skills and excellent priority management.

Ease in interpersonal relations and excellent written and oral communication skills.

Good command of Microsoft Outlook and the Office Suite (Word, Excel).

Knowledge of Opera S&C and PMS is an asset.

Ability to manage stress, be flexible and versatile.
-
Commercial spirit, negotiation skills and positive attitude.

Motivation to provide a high level of customer service and to work autonomously.
