Qualified HES Educator (M/F) at 80%

At the heart of the lakeside coast between vineyards and mountains, the L’Espérance Foundation, established in 1872, is a specialised institution working for children and adults with disabilities.

We are looking to add the skills and enthusiasm of a qualified HES educator to our health-social support management.

Your mission:

Within a living environment hosting 8 residents with intellectual disabilities, requiring care notably related to age, you actively contribute to their well-being and quality of life.

You will notably ensure:

• support for residents in all daily life activities
• implementation of individualised projects in compliance with institutional guidelines
• provision of care and organisation of daily life activities
• administrative, monitoring and logistical tasks related to the role
• participation in the organisation and management of the living environment
• close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams as well as with families.

Your profile:

You are a committed, caring and dynamic person, possessing:

• a diploma as HES-ES educator or an equivalent qualification
• training and/or interest in the Montessori method adapted to the elderly (an asset)
• a positive, constructive and solution-oriented mindset
• a driving licence (mandatory)
• good knowledge of common computer tools.
