Qualified HES Educator (M/F) at 80%
We are looking to add the skills and enthusiasm of a qualified HES educator to our health-social support management.
Your mission:
Within a living environment hosting 8 residents with intellectual disabilities, requiring care notably related to age, you actively contribute to their well-being and quality of life.
You will notably ensure:
- support for residents in all daily life activities
- implementation of individualised projects in compliance with institutional guidelines
- provision of care and organisation of daily life activities
- administrative, monitoring and logistical tasks related to the role
- participation in the organisation and management of the living environment
- close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams as well as with families.
Your profile:
You are a committed, caring and dynamic person, possessing:
- a diploma as HES-ES educator or an equivalent qualification
- training and/or interest in the Montessori method adapted to the elderly (an asset)
- a positive, constructive and solution-oriented mindset
- a driving licence (mandatory)
- good knowledge of common computer tools.
