Support of the entire technical lifecycle of customer solutions: from architecture and planning through implementation to acceptance and subsequent operational support.
Design and further development of modern infrastructure platforms based on Microsoft, complemented by network and security technologies from Aruba and Fortinet.
Ensuring reliable operation of customer environments including demanding support cases at 2nd and 3rd level.
Independent planning and prioritisation of upcoming tasks within a generous scope of action; professional exchange and active knowledge sharing are part of the collaboration.
Continuous professional development with interest in new IT topics as well as willingness to act flexibly and solution-oriented in challenging situations.
Qualifications:
Completed IT apprenticeship specialising in system technology, complemented by practical experience in operation and support of IT systems.
Sound knowledge in the Microsoft infrastructure environment, especially Windows Server/Client, Active Directory and Exchange; experience with Hyper-V, VMware as well as backup solutions focusing on Veeam.
Technical understanding of switching, routing and WLAN as well as interest in IT security; knowledge of NAC/Dot1x is an additional advantage.
Communicative and authentic personality with enjoyment of customer contact, solution-oriented negotiation skills and confident demeanour even in hectic situations. An independent yet team-oriented working style as well as fluent written and spoken German complete the profile.
