ATTACHMENT/LOCATION
Support team for the CMS of APROMAD (Echallens, Prilly South, Prilly North, Oron, Cully, Pully, Le Mont and Epalinges)

YOUR MISSIONS

Weekend Coordinating Nurse

• Welcome temporary staff and answer their possible questions. Provide them with the necessary equipment and collect it at the end of the day.
• Receive absence notifications from colleagues and organise their replacement in the field.
• Respond to client requests coming from the CTM or field workers.
• Report to the management on-call team situations that require it.

Field Nurse

• Provide nursing and basic care at the homes of people with physical, psychological dependency or disability.
• Support the multidisciplinary CMS team in managing client situations.
• Incorporate health promotion and prevention concepts into practice.
• Independently cover evening shifts from 5pm to 10pm.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor of Science HES-SO in Nursing or equivalent qualification (Red Cross recognition for foreign diplomas)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience
• Flexibility in working hours
• Good adaptability to change
• Ability to work independently and handle complex situations
• Good knowledge of common IT tools
• Availability at least one weekend per month
• Driving licence
