Guest Relations Staff Premium (DE/FR)

As Guest Relations staff, you are the host for our additionally insured patients and their relatives. You personally accompany our private patients during their stay and ensure a first-class guest experience with your strong service orientation and confident communication in German and French.

What to expect

• Personal care of private patients from admission to discharge
• Contact person for all non-medical questions for patients and visitors
• Receiving and processing feedback
• Care of the lounge and coffee service
• Collaboration in hotel services

What you bring

• You have completed training in hospitality, gastronomy, tourism, or a comparable service-oriented field and have experience in direct guest contact
• You communicate confidently and fluently in German and French, good English skills complete your profile
• You possess a strong guest orientation
• You are used to working independently and have a neat, professional appearance
• You have good MS Office skills
