Apprentice Chef CFC

Job Description

During your apprenticeship, you will discover all the activities related to the chef profession within our catering service. Accompanied by experienced professionals, you will gradually develop the skills necessary for your future profession.

Your main tasks will be as follows:

• Respect the established training plan.
• Participate in the preparation and production of meals for patients, employees and visitors.
• Apply the culinary techniques taught during the training.
• Comply with hygiene, food safety standards and current procedures.
• Collaborate with the teams of the Hospitality & Catering service.
• Develop your professional and personal knowledge throughout your apprenticeship.

• You have a satisfactory school level.
• You are organised and conscientious in your work.
