Our client supports companies in planning, implementing, and maintaining modern IT infrastructures. The team combines technical know-how with personal customer care and values solutions that work reliably in everyday life. In this role, you will develop suitable server architectures, manage infrastructure projects, and advise customers on their technical requirements. Additionally, you will contribute to the further development of the product portfolio and support the training of aspiring ICT professionals.
Responsibilities:
Analyse customer requirements and develop appropriate server and infrastructure concepts
Create technical documentation, specifications, and quotations
Technical customer consulting, on-site support, and participation in support services
Take part in rotating on-call duty
Clarify product information and coordinate with technology partners
Assist in mentoring and supporting ICT apprentices
Qualifications:
Completed IT training EFZ in system technology or equivalent practical experience
At least three years of experience in system technology or infrastructure engineering
Good knowledge of Windows client-server systems and virtualisation technologies
Experience with Microsoft 365
Very good German skills and good English skills
Driving licence category B
Structured, independent, and flexible working style as well as enjoyment of direct customer contact
