We are looking for a motivated and experienced team leader for our Building Supplies - Shop in Grenchen from 1 October 2026 or by arrangement.

• Technical and sales advice to customers
• Professional and organisational leadership of a 2-person team as well as responsibility for their development
• Co-responsibility for the craftsmen's centre and its business development
• Co-responsibility for the sales and margin targets of the location
• Responsibility for inventory management and stock levels
• Implementation of various sales promotion measures, campaigns and promotions
• Preparation and follow-up of offers, collection, delivery and return slips
• Processing of goods receipts and issues and checking delivery notes
• Direct contact person for our collection customers

• Great passion for sales and consulting
• Completed vocational training, experience in the construction industry is an advantage
• Sound knowledge in structural construction
• First leadership experience in a comparable position
• Ideally an existing network in the region
• High motivation and drive to advance the business
• Independent and structured way of working
• Impeccable reputation
• Good German skills in spoken and written form
