What to expect

As Head of Sales Support, you are responsible for the leadership, organisation and further development of the sales and broker support of the General Agency. You ensure efficient and high-quality sales support, develop processes and structures further, and promote the professional and personal development of the employees.

Your impact with us

You lead and develop the central hub between customers, broker partners, our specialist departments, management and our insurance and pension advisors. With the help of your team leaders, you further develop your department with 16 employees, ensure professional collaboration with the brokers, and are responsible for the quality and achievement of your department’s goals. As a member of the General Agency’s management team, you actively contribute to the further development of the General Agency.

As an organisational and leadership talent, you are a role model for your team. You ensure the professional development of your team and support your colleagues in their daily work.
 

What you bring

• Completed training in the insurance industry and qualification of the federal specialist certificate, advanced technical school or university of applied sciences
• Several years of professional experience in the insurance industry, preferably at Mobiliar, leadership experience
• Empathy and joy in promoting your own team
• Independent, customer-oriented and entrepreneurial way of working
• Authentic, engaging and loyal personality
• Fluent German skills, knowledge of additional languages is a plus
