Responsibilities:
Handle customer concerns from domestic and international clients and clarify open questions.
Create order confirmations and prepare commercial offers.
Monitor delivery dates and coordinate deviations with the responsible departments.
Prepare export and shipping documents for various delivery countries.
Record and update sales-relevant information in the CRM system.
Create invoices and ensure commercial processing.
Conduct order-related coordination with production, logistics, and finance departments.
Maintain customer relationships and provide support with operational matters.
Qualifications:
Commercial apprenticeship (EFZ) with additional qualification in foreign trade/export.
Professional experience in international order processing or internal sales.
Confident use of MS Office and digital customer management systems.
Interest in technical products, preferably from demanding industrial sectors.
SAP knowledge is an advantage.
Independent working style as well as structured and precise approach.
Strong communication skills, teamwork, and resilience in daily business; additional language skills are welcome.
Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
