Cloud System Engineer (m/f/d)

You are responsible for service tickets and small ICT projects for SME clients
In virtualised and hybrid systems, you take care of system maintenance
You take on the technical management for the stable operation of customer systems
In remote and on-site support, you resolve complex issues at second and third level
You adapt and continuously improve existing services
Qualifications:
Training as an IT specialist EFZ or a technical tertiary-level qualification in the IT field
Professional experience as a system engineer with over five years of experience in complex IT landscapes
Fluent German skills, knowledge of standardisation desirable
Tech stack: Microsoft 365, Intune, PowerShell, VMware, Active Directory
