What is my role?

• Our client requires a dispatcher who manages and coordinates freight transports, ensuring timely delivery

• The position includes clever route planning and efficient scheduling of tours

• The employee always maintains a complete overview of all ongoing transports

• As a central interface, they coordinate communication between customers, drivers and warehouse

• Order processing includes the creation of all necessary freight documents

• In case of problems, quick and pragmatic solutions are developed

• Proactive communication and continuous information of all parties involved are essential parts of the role

• The dispatcher ensures a smooth process throughout the entire logistics chain

What do I need to be successful?

• Our client is looking for someone with a completed commercial apprenticeship or training in forwarding/logistics

• Ideally, you already have some experience in dispatching, especially in the freight sector

• Flexibility in working hours is important - shifts are between 04:00 and 23:00

• You are confident in using dispatch software and MS Office

• Even when it gets hectic, you keep a cool head and stay organised

• You enjoy communicating, work well in a team and have a secure command of the German language, both spoken and written
