Exciting tasks await:

• General supervision, care and control activities in the security service of the penal institution
• Supervision, care and collaboration in the commercial operation "Locksmithing"
• You always act without prejudice and consistently implement legal requirements, internal instructions and safety regulations. With your professional conduct, you make a significant contribution to the safety of the public, staff and the persons admitted.
• You work three weeks per month during regular working hours and one week during irregular working hours with 2 to 3 night shifts and one weekend shift.

What you bring:

• Completed vocational training with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) as a metalworker, plant and apparatus mechanic, polymechanic, production mechanic, or similar
• Additional qualification as a specialist for the enforcement of sentences with a federal specialist certificate or willingness to complete the training
• Reliable and independent working style, high social competence and emotional stability
• Understanding and tolerance in dealing with people of different backgrounds, oral knowledge of a foreign language is an advantage
• Minimum age: 28 years, impeccable character (current criminal record and debt enforcement extract)

Your working environment

At the Lenzburg Correctional Facility , persons sentenced to imprisonment or custodial measures are cared for. The facility offers 380 enforcement places for closed custody, remand detention and short sentences.
