Role:
As Head of Finance and Human Resources at our ROCKEN partner, you are responsible for the operational management of the finance department including human resources and lead a small team. You prepare financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER, manage budgeting, and ensure regulatory financial reporting. In close cooperation with management, you support the strategic development of the company and contribute to cross-departmental projects.
Responsibilities:
You lead the finance department including human resources operationally and manage a small finance team.
You independently prepare quarterly and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER and prepare reports for the board of directors.
You are responsible for cost accounting including the management of allocations.
You manage the budgeting and planning process and create sound financial decision-making bases.
You prepare preliminary and subsequent calculations for regulated network usage prices, energy prices, and market-oriented services with the support of management.
You fully prepare regulatory financial data and ensure timely reporting to the ElCom.
You work closely with management on the strategic development of the company.
You coordinate cross-departmental projects and actively contribute to their implementation.
Qualifications:
You have completed a higher business education with a focus on finance or hold the Swiss federal diploma in finance and accounting.
You bring several years of solid experience in a comparable leadership role, ideally from an energy supply company.
You have a deep understanding of cost accounting and apply your knowledge confidently in practice.
You are proficient in MS Office. Experience with the ERP system Abacus is an advantage.
You combine analytical and entrepreneurial thinking with a structured, precise, and self-organised working style.
You are characterised by a high sense of responsibility, flexibility, and resilience as well as pleasant manners.
