Responsibilities:
Installation, configuration, and optimisation of modern Microsoft infrastructures at clients
Responsibility for the operation, maintenance, and support of server, client, and virtualisation environments
Planning and implementation of infrastructure projects, migrations, and technical developments
Creation of technical concepts, documentation, and sustainable solution proposals
Independent management of client environments as well as participation in the training and mentoring of IT apprentices
Qualifications:
Completed training as IT specialist EFZ system technology or comparable qualification
Solid knowledge of Windows Server, Windows Client, and Microsoft-based infrastructure services
Experience with virtualisation technologies, backup and recovery solutions, and ideally storage systems
Practical experience in administration and troubleshooting of complex IT environments
Strong independence, sense of responsibility, and customer orientation as well as enjoyment of teamwork and knowledge sharing
