Medical Practice Assistant Ambulatory Care Women’s Clinic

You will take on

• Reception of our patients and data entry (SAP)
• Telephone triage and scheduling of referrals and emergencies
• Administrative preparation and follow-up of all consultations and creation of workflows in the clinical information system
• Agenda management and case handling
• Writing medical consultation, operation and discharge reports
• Preparation of minor surgical procedures
• Assistance with gynaecological examinations, ultrasound examinations and pregnancy checks
• Preparation and follow-up of inpatient admissions
• Performing venipunctures, vaccinations, injections
• Material management, ordering

You bring with you

• Training as a Medical Practice Assistant or equivalent training in healthcare
• Good knowledge of medical terminology
• Proficient in creating medical reports and confident German language skills
• Experience in outpatient service recording
• Confidence in venipunctures and injections
• Friendly demeanour
• Willingness to learn

• Team spirit and enjoyment of working in a large interprofessional team
