As part of our development, we are looking for a Private Client Advisor at 60-70% to join our dynamic team within the Saignelégier branch.

Responsibilities

You proactively manage and develop a client portfolio composed of a varied clientele (private, commercial, associative) and assist them in the day-to-day management of their affairs.

You are comfortable in client contact and have knowledge in the banking field and various topics such as:

• Basic services, including providing information on accounts and carrying out openings, processing card orders, etc.;
• Providing quality advice on pension provision (3a account and vested benefits account);
• Advising our clients on investments;
• Supporting clients in their digitalisation through our digital solutions provided (e-Banking, Mobile Banking, Twint).

Qualifications

• Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) as a commercial employee, ideally with a banking option, or equivalent commercial training;
• Proven experience in a similar position, ideally in the Swiss banking or financial sector;
• Strong client orientation and ability to establish trusting relationships;
• Good knowledge of financial products and current regulations;
• Proactivity, flexibility, rigour;
• Team spirit, sense of responsibility and autonomy.
