ASSC Apprentice (Assistant in Care and Community Health) CFC

Job Description

During your apprenticeship, you will actively participate in patient care within our care services. Accompanied by experienced professionals, you will gradually develop the skills necessary for your future profession.

Your main activities will be as follows:

• Participate in basic care and support patients in daily life activities.
• Observe patients' health status and relay relevant information to the care team.
• Participate in the provision of care and medical-technical acts according to your training level.
• Collaborate with nursing, medical, and therapeutic teams.
• Contribute to the well-being and comfort of patients.
• Respect hygiene, safety, asepsis, and professional ethics rules.

Qualifications

• You have a strong interest in health and care.
• You demonstrate empathy, kindness, and respect towards others.
• You enjoy human contact and have good listening and communication skills.
• You are interested in care, observing patients' health status, and medical-technical aspects.
• You are reliable, adaptable, and have a good sense of responsibility.
• You can manage stress and thrive in a dynamic environment.
• You are motivated, curious, and eager to learn.
• You wish to obtain an ASSC CFC and actively contribute to the quality of care.
• You are comfortable with IT tools.
