Senior HR Business Partner 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Independent strategic and operational advice as well as sparring partner for managers in the assigned business area (ATS) in Switzerland and for international subsidiaries

• Management, further development and continuous optimisation of HR processes

• Trusted contact person for employees and management in all personnel matters

• Initiation and implementation of HR projects (e.g. employer branding, digitalisation, process optimisation)

• Active participation in change, organisational development and talent development initiatives

• Involvement in the professional development of the HR function and contributing impulses for further professionalisation and strategic alignment

• Collaboration on cross-functional HR initiatives according to your experience and expertise

• Approximately 5% travel, mainly within Europe

What do I need to be successful?

• Commercial vocational training with advanced HR certification (e.g. federal diploma in personnel management or equivalent)

• Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner in an international environment

• Strong entrepreneurial thinking combined with a strategic and holistic mindset

• Excellent German skills in spoken and written form as well as very good to fluent English skills

• Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style

• Digital affinity and interest in modern HR tools

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365

• High level of social competence, trustworthiness and empathy

• Confident appearance and strong consulting skills

• Agility and openness to change

• Proactive, pragmatic "can-do mentality"
