Role:
Focus on the conception, migration and further development of modern Microsoft 365 collaboration environments. Technical responsibility for Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online and Entra ID as well as consulting and project support for clients.
Responsibilities:
Conception and implementation of Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online
Development of information architectures, governance and permission concepts
Planning and execution of SharePoint migrations
Implementation and support of Exchange Online projects
Realisation of Teams telephony and modern communication solutions
Technical consulting and support of client projects
Participation in managed services and operational organisation
Identification and implementation of automation and optimisation potentials
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of professional experience in the Microsoft 365 environment
IT education or training at HF, FH or comparable level
Very good knowledge of Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online and Entra ID
Experience with M365 telephony, governance, permissions and lifecycle management
Customer-oriented and strong consulting personality
Independent, solution-oriented working style and high personal responsibility
Knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps or Power BI is an advantage
Fluent in German.
