UC & Voice Systems Technician (m/f/d)

Role:
You ensure that telephony, video and chat run smoothly at all times. As a UC & Voice Systems Technician, you work daily on voice platforms, session border controllers and the integration with Microsoft Teams. It gets exciting where classic telephone systems meet modern cloud services. You can expect an environment with short decision-making paths and genuine technical depth.
Responsibilities:
You install, configure and maintain telephone systems as well as unified communications platforms.
You set up direct routing and connect collaboration services with the existing voice infrastructure.
In case of faults, you proceed systematically and find the cause in the interaction of network, firewalls and voice services.
Furthermore, you participate in rollouts and platform changes, from conception to stable operation.
Additionally, you advise users on technical questions.
You also keep configurations and operational procedures well documented.
Qualifications:
You have completed training in IT, telecommunications or systems electronics.
You are experienced in operating telephone systems from various manufacturers.
Working with Voice over IP (VoIP), SIP and session border controllers is part of your daily routine.
Basic network knowledge and experience with security components are a clear advantage.
Moreover, you tackle tasks independently and keep the goal in sight.
You communicate confidently in German both orally and in writing, and use English in technical daily work.
