We are looking for a CNC screw machinist for one of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Setting up and operating a fleet of CNC screw machines (Deco 10, Evo deco 10, Citizen C16, Citizen K12).
- Programming, full adjustments, monitoring and production control.
- Machining movement components (shafts, gears, wheels, etc.).
- Self-inspection of produced parts according to given quality standards, using the current measuring devices.
Profile:
- Training in micromechanics
- You have initial successful experience in screw machining.
- You are proficient in working on machines from Tornos and Citizen brands (such as Deco EvO Deco, C16, K12)
- You have excellent mastery of programming and setup on screw machines of the Deco 10 and Citizen types.
