Head of Finance and Accounting (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Leading the finance department and responsibility for controlling
- Developing and implementing financial strategies and policies
- Preparing financial plans, budgets, and forecasts
- Conducting financial analyses and evaluations
- Monitoring financial performance and identifying risks and opportunities
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Advising management on financial matters
Qualifications:
- Completed business administration degree or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in finance and controlling, preferably in a leadership position
- Sound knowledge of accounting and financial management
- Experience in preparing financial reports and annual financial statements
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Pronounced leadership and communication skills
