As an ICT Infrastructure Specialist, you ensure the secure and stable operation of modern IT infrastructures. You manage servers, cloud environments, virtualisation, and security solutions and continuously develop the system landscape.
Responsibilities:
Operation and optimisation of server, virtualisation, backup, and cloud environments with Azure/M365
Execution of patching, monitoring, security scans, and system maintenance
Analysis and resolution of complex 2nd-/3rd-level incidents as well as sustainable fault rectification
Participation in IT infrastructure projects and further development of platforms
Maintenance of documentation and support in on-call duty
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or comparable qualification
Several years of experience as an ICT system engineer in the infrastructure environment
Sound knowledge of Microsoft systems, Linux, virtualisation, and cloud technologies
Experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, IAM, PKI, OpenShift, or scripting is an advantage
Strong skills in troubleshooting, analysis, and system optimisation
Independent working style, high service orientation, and willingness for occasional on-call duty
