Tasks
Hub and focal point: The customer service of the public unemployment insurance fund OeAK is the first point of contact for our insured persons. As part of this team, you are the business card of our unemployment insurance fund.
... on the phone: you ensure telephone availability and provide information on all benefit areas of the OeAK. You advise competently and forward calls to a colleague if necessary.
... at the counter: you answer questions of all kinds, carry out the initial examination of applications for unemployment benefits and check compliance with legal framework conditions.
... by e-mail: you manage the general email inbox of the OeAK. You answer questions directly or forward them to the responsible department if necessary.
Profile
Experience: you have a flair for dealing with customers and enjoy working confidently and routinely on the PC.
Personality: you are a sociable, curious and trustworthy personality and convince with your service-oriented and professional appearance. Good teamwork and the ongoing development of services and organisation are important to you.
Education: you have a commercial apprenticeship (EFZ). Knowledge in social insurance or the public sector is an advantage.
Language: you have very good oral and written German skills and ideally bring additional foreign language skills.

The Office for Economy and Labour (AWA) belongs to the Department of Economy, Social Affairs and Environment and is the central office of the canton for all questions concerning companies, job search and the labour market.
