Our client is an established industrial company with its own production in the Thun area. Its service technicians work domestically and abroad and must constantly stay up to date. We are looking for the person who will be responsible for internal technical training in the future.
Your Tasks
- You develop training programmes for service technicians and customers - from conception to implementation
- You lead a small team, both professionally and personally
- You question how knowledge is conveyed today and build it up better
- You are the interface between technology, service and the people who work with it
Your Profile
- Experience in adult education - you have trained people, not just given presentations
- An industrial background. You don’t have to be an engineer, but you should understand what is being talked about
- Ideas, curiosity and the courage to question the status quo
- Down-to-earth attitude. The tone in the team is straightforward, and it should stay that way
- Patience. Not every good idea succeeds on the first attempt
