Engineer Production Quality (m/f/d)*

• You are responsible for analysing and risk assessing deviations and complaints for the assigned production area and lead investigations for root cause analysis
• You collaborate with specialist departments to meet customer requirements regarding quality and control in production
• You plan and test new quality control measures for new projects and products
• You are responsible for preparing, conducting, and following up on production tours during audits and customer visits
• You support the planning and implementation of corrective actions from deviations, complaints, and audits for the assigned production area
• You proactively initiate improvement projects for the department, which you implement independently

• You have a completed technical or scientific degree (alternatively a technical basic training with solid knowledge) and have gained initial professional experience in a medical technology or pharmaceutical environment
• You have good knowledge in one or more of the following areas: audits and tours / deviation management and risk assessment / statistical methods knowledge and improvement management
• High self-organisation, interconnected thinking, and strong communication skills are among your strengths
• You communicate in German and English
