HVAC Engineer (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF125,000 - 130,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced Team Leader HVAC / Building Services Engineering for the planning and realisation of demanding building services systems. You will take on projects from concept development through tendering and site supervision to commissioning and simultaneously bear the technical and organisational responsibility for a planning team. The focus is on technically demanding heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems as well as their integral coordination with architecture and other building services disciplines. In addition, you will be involved in customer care, acquisition and further development of the specialist area.
Responsibilities:
Technical and organisational leadership of an HVAC planning team
Planning and design of demanding heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems
Development of system, energy and supply concepts including variant comparisons
Handling building services projects through the relevant SIA phases
Preparation of tenders, specifications and technical descriptions
Execution of site supervision as well as control of quality, deadlines and execution
Coordination of interfaces between HVAC, sanitary, electrical, building automation and architecture
Carrying out technical calculations and dimensioning of systems and components
Review of contractor documents, workshop and assembly plans
Support during commissioning, functional checks, acceptance and handover
Consulting and support of clients as well as assistance with offers and acquisition
Participation in the technical and organisational further development of the building services department
Qualifications:
Training as an HVAC engineer FH, certified technician HF building services engineering or comparable qualification
At least 5 years of professional experience in the planning and realisation of HVAC systems
Experience in technical or personnel leadership of project and planning teams
Sound knowledge of Swiss building services practice as well as relevant SIA and SWKI guidelines
Experience in tendering, site supervision and commissioning of building services systems
Confident handling of 3D CAD/BIM applications and MS Office
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
