As part of the development of our activity in the Geneva region, we are looking for a passionate STRUCTURAL PROJECT MANAGER for our Satigny (GE) branch. You will be active in the Lake Geneva area. If you excel in relationships, managing challenges, meeting deadlines and budgets, and if you also have a genuine passion for this profession, you are probably the person we are looking for.
Your mission
Ensure overall management, human and financial resource management, as well as the profitability of dedicated structural projects, with the support of the field teams
Study methods and variants for tender submissions and support site managers in all complementary procedures
Plan, coordinate the project and prepare the execution of the work. Control and evaluate the quality of technical contractors and subcontractors
Encourage collaboration among all stakeholders within the company and ensure good relations with the client, their representatives, subcontractors and authorities
Enforce all standards related to the construction field as well as all measures and directives concerning safety and environmental compliance on sites
Your key skills
Recognised diploma as Site Manager, Construction Manager, Engineer or Architect HES/EPFL, or equivalent training
At least 10 years of experience as a project manager, site manager or construction manager within a large organisation, preferably in structural engineering, general contracting and in the Geneva area
A project manager with us has the resources to manage stress according to more or less intense periods, knows how to be proactive, manages priorities and communicates openly
Successful team leadership experience as well as solid references
