ERP Project Manager (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for the planning and implementation of a strategic ERP transformation including selection, introduction and migration.
Design and optimisation of company-wide processes through digitalisation, automation and suitable business systems.
Leadership and coordination of project teams, departments, implementation partners and other stakeholders.
Management of the ICT roadmap with regard to business goals, investments, applications and future requirements.
Further development of IT governance, data protection, AI utilisation and service quality as a framework for modern business IT.
Qualifications:
Advanced professional or university education in business informatics, computer science or a related field.
Proven experience in complex ERP projects, ideally from tendering through realisation to go-live.
Experience in process management, requirements engineering, data integration and translating business needs into system concepts.
Understanding of data protection, responsible AI use as well as relevant organisational and regulatory requirements.
Entrepreneurially minded personality with leadership experience, negotiation skills and enthusiasm for actively driving change.
