Responsibilities:
Take responsibility for 2nd-level support in the workplace environment and ensure reliable IT operations.
Participate in day-to-day operations and support Microsoft-based IT projects as well as the introduction of modern workplace solutions.
Ensure the stable operation of managed services and customer-specific workplace solutions.
Maintain existing IT workplace environments, resolve faults and identify technical optimisation opportunities.
Strengthen service quality and customer satisfaction through close teamwork and continuous improvement of support services.
Qualifications:
Completed IT training or several years of professional experience in a comparable IT role.
Practical knowledge of Microsoft Intune and workplace management; experience with other Microsoft 365 services is an advantage.
Very good German skills; English skills are a plus.
Communicative, friendly personality with a strong customer and service orientation.
Independent, structured and quality-conscious working style as well as willingness to be on call and residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate or work as a cross-border commuter.
