Responsibilities:

• You ensure the complete payroll processing and take care of monthly checks, internal control system (ICS) relevant quality assurance, as well as all tasks related to monthly and annual financial statements.

• In daily business, you manage social insurances, withholding tax, and pension fund matters and keep the relevant HR master data up to date.

• For questions regarding salary processing and payroll accounting, you are a reliable interface for employees, managers, finance, as well as external authorities and insurance companies.

• You take responsibility for the vocational and practical training of commercial apprentices and continuously develop your processes and responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• A commercial apprenticeship as well as specialised further training in HR, payroll, or social insurance form your foundation.

• You have solid practical experience in Swiss payroll administration and are familiar with labour and social insurance law issues.

• Very good Excel skills for evaluations and reports are required.

• You possess very good German language skills.
