Lead Systems Engineer (m/f/d)
Our client is an established technology company that develops and realises sophisticated technical systems and components for international applications. The company combines development, manufacturing and technical services and supports its solutions through various phases.

Responsibilities:
Overall management of projects in the area of MRO, system integration, simulation and technical support
Control of project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks and deliverables
Planning and supervision of integration, verification, acceptance, commissioning as well as fault and root cause analyses
Leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary teams with engineering, maintenance, logistics, OEMs, suppliers and customers
Development of technical maintenance, diagnostic and support solutions as well as participation in tenders and business development
Qualifications:
Completed Master's degree in engineering, electrical engineering, electronics, physics, systems engineering or comparable
Several years of experience in technical project management, ideally in radar, sensor technology, surveillance, RF or safety-critical systems
Sound knowledge in systems engineering, integration, maintenance and troubleshooting as well as common project management methods
Experience with Python, Linux/Windows, simulation and ASTERIX as well as strong communication and leadership skills
Very good German and English skills, French an advantage; willingness to travel, security clearance and residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate or work as a cross-border commuter
