For our client, we are seeking a technically skilled and responsible individual for deployment on modern track construction machines. You will work in a versatile environment and make an important contribution to the construction and maintenance of the Swiss railway infrastructure.

Machine Operator Track Construction (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Operation and deployment of various track construction machines within the team
• Close and reliable collaboration with the machine crew
• Carrying out maintenance, repair, and overhaul work
• Assisting with track maintenance work according to specifications
• Support with repairs and maintenance directly on the construction sites
• Flexible support in various areas of responsibility
• Careful handling of machines, equipment, and work tools
• Consistent adherence to quality and safety regulations

Your Profile

• Completed technical training, e.g. as a polymechanic, machine locksmith, agricultural machinery, truck or construction machinery mechanic, electrician, automation technician or comparable
• Experience with diesel engines and hydraulics is an advantage
• Willingness for day and night shifts, especially during the summer months
• High safety and responsibility awareness in the track area
• Physically resilient and enjoys working outdoors
• Driving licence category B and own vehicle
• Reliable, committed and team-oriented personality
• Good knowledge of German
• Willingness for assignments throughout Switzerland
