Platform migrations only succeed with careful planning and good tools. You bring both. You lead the technical transfer of intranet content to the SharePoint platform. You design and develop modern collaboration solutions with a view to extensibility. You build integrations and migration tools yourself, including validation and quality assurance. As a senior, you set technical standards and promote the team.
Responsibilities:
You technically implement intranet and collaboration use cases, from requirements to productive operation
You technically lead the migration of intranet content and the further development of the platform
You design modern SharePoint Online solutions with information architecture, permission models, search, and governance
You develop scalable intranet functions and platform-wide components
You create integration and migration tools including redirects and quality checks
Additionally, you conduct code reviews, establish standards, optimise CI/CD, and support colleagues
Qualifications:
You have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, a related degree, or training as a software developer
You bring at least 5 years of experience as a senior SharePoint engineer/developer in corporate environments
You have current and in-depth knowledge of SharePoint development and administration, also in regulated environments
You confidently develop with TypeScript/JavaScript, modern frontend and APIs, and implement maintainable backend services
You understand identity and governance concepts and have accompanied platform or content migrations
You work pragmatically and communicatively, handle uncertainties confidently, and speak fluent English and German
