Watch Movement Draughtsman (M/F)

For our client, a family-owned manufacture based in La Chaux-de-Fonds, we are looking for talents for the position of:

Your responsibilities:

Within the technical department, you actively participate in the development of watch movements and contribute to the creation of innovative and high-performance solutions:

• Create complete plan dossiers for new watch movements
• Design and develop tools and fixtures intended for watchmaking workshops
• Work closely with the Methods, R&D and Design departments
• Ensure the updating and management of technical data related to projects
• Participate in the improvement of concepts and construction solutions
• Contribute to developments related to new technologies, notably 3D printing

Your profile:

• Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a microtechnology construction draughtsman, watchmaking construction technician or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience in a similar position within the watchmaking industry
• Proficiency in Inventor, AutoCAD and Vault software
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to solve technical problems
• Rigorous, organised and quality-oriented personality
• Autonomous, proactive and enjoys teamwork
