Role:
In this role, you design modern business solutions based on Microsoft D365 and the Power Platform, thereby translating the requirements of demanding SMEs into effective digital processes. You provide strategic advice, analyse business needs and translate them into clear concepts and solution architectures. You are responsible for the efficient implementation of the solutions and ensure that they are technically sound and sustainable. You also coordinate the operation and support of your solutions to ensure they function reliably in everyday use. In doing so, you primarily use Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform and Dynamics 365 as central technologies.
Responsibilities:
You analyse customer needs and business processes and develop appropriate professional and technical concepts
You implement solutions with modern cloud technologies and competently support customers
You are responsible for Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 projects and conduct customer training sessions
You document project progress and contribute specialist articles if required
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist with business management further education or business informatics specialist
Interest in SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI
Initial experience in consulting, project planning and customer projects
Fluent written and spoken German, good English skills
