Do you want to design modern work environments and support companies in the further development of their digital workplaces? In this role, you combine technical expertise with project responsibility and consulting. You develop workplace concepts, implement demanding solutions, and ensure that employees can work safely, efficiently, and flexibly.
In doing so, you take on a key role in technical decisions, coordinate projects, and specifically integrate new technologies into existing IT landscapes.
Responsibilities:
You design, implement, and operate modern workplace solutions based on Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Intune.
You manage workplace projects from technical planning through implementation to successful handover to operations.
You advise companies on the architecture, management, and optimisation of digital workplaces and develop suitable technical concepts.
You modernise existing client environments, integrate new technologies, and support the integration of Citrix solutions.
You accompany technical sales processes, assist in the preparation of offers, and coordinate solution approaches with internal departments.
Qualifications:
You have completed IT training and have several years of professional experience in engineering, ideally in the field of modern workplace.
You have sound knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Intune and have already planned, introduced, or administered corresponding solutions.
You are familiar with complex IT infrastructures; experience with Citrix is an additional advantage.
You have independently or in a leadership role implemented IT projects and convince with organisational talent and a sense of responsibility.
You work in a structured, customer-oriented, and solution-focused manner, communicate confidently in German and English, and hold a category B driving licence.
